You send us your original Yamaha R6 RJ11 / RJ15 ECU and we convert it to the latest YEC race data standard:
• YEC Data Set 2C0-8591A-94
(latest available YEC calibration for R6 kit systems)
The programming includes the integration of an auto-blipper system for clutchless downshifts.
SYSTEM OVERVIEW
This conversion transforms your ECU into a full race-spec unit with significantly improved throttle response, optimized power delivery and enhanced electronic functionality.
BASE ECU REQUIREMENTS
The following ECUs can be used as base:
• Yamaha R6 RJ11 (2006–2012) OEM ECU
• Original Yamaha KIT ECU
Important:
RJ15 ECUs from 2013 onwards cannot be used as base units.
KIT LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
After programming, the ECU must be operated with:
• YEC / kit wiring harness
or
• Modified OEM wiring harness (YEC specification)
We can carry out the wiring conversion if required.
