DESCRIPTION
Reduced complexity. Maximum efficiency.
The OEM heat exchanger on Triumph 765 models is designed to accelerate oil warm-up for street use. In performance and racing environments, this system becomes a limitation by unnecessarily increasing coolant temperatures.
This CNC machined solution replaces the factory heat exchanger, eliminating the coolant circuit and significantly improving thermal efficiency under load.
SYSTEM OVERVIEW
Direct replacement of the OEM oil/water heat exchanger.
By removing the coolant flow through the exchanger, the cooling system operates more efficiently, reducing overall thermal stress during aggressive riding and track use.
KEY BENEFITS
• Noticeable reduction in coolant temperature
• Stable oil temperature under load
• CNC machined for maximum precision and durability
• Simplified cooling system layout
• Reduced system complexity and weight
• Cost-effective alternative to racing radiators
PERFORMANCE DATA
Track testing on a 2023+ Triumph Street Triple showed:
• Coolant temperature reduction of over 5°C
• Oil temperature remained within optimal operating range
Measurement data available upon request.
