GasGas EC 250 TBI 2024+ – ECU Performance Optimization

Specifically developed and validated for the GasGas EC 250 TBI from model year 2024 onwards.

This ECU Performance Optimization focuses on improved rideability, stronger low-RPM torque and controlled power delivery under technical off-road conditions.

Particular emphasis has been placed on:

• Cleaner part-load behavior
• Reduction of over-fueling characteristics
• Improved traction management
• Enhanced engine durability under race conditions

The result is a significantly more controllable and predictable power curve without sacrificing performance.

3 MAP SYSTEM WITH OPTIONAL MAP ACTIVATION

In cooperation with REcusoft, a custom software solution has been developed to enable activation of a third mapping configuration.

The third map can be activated when using the original KTM 4-stroke motocross handlebar switch
(KTM Part No.: A46039974044).

The handlebar switch is not included and is available separately as an optional add-on product.

Map 3 – “Constant Power Map”

• Extremely smooth throttle delivery
• Reduced peak power output
• Enhanced rear-wheel traction

This map was specifically developed for low-traction and demanding terrain.

Typical two-stroke power spikes are smoothed into a more constant torque curve at the rear wheel, significantly improving control and traction recovery.

When rear-wheel traction is lost, RPM spikes are reduced, allowing precise throttle correction and faster stabilization.

OPTIONAL DYNO CALIBRATION

Custom dyno calibration for aftermarket exhaust systems and special configurations is available upon request.
