We reprogram the ECU of your bike with a Stage 1 calibration. The result: more direct response, more torque at part load and a clean, linear power delivery, especially with sporty riding and on the race track.
What we change
- Fuel quantity and closed-loop range reworked: better rideability and more torque at part load, no more lean surging
- Throttle response more direct and without jerkiness, linear in the sporty riding modes
- More aggressive, linear power delivery and more control when accelerating
- Rev limit raised
- Fan switch-on temperature lowered to approx. 95 °C
- On request we deactivate the exhaust valve, overrun fuel cut-off, charcoal canister, secondary air system and lambda sensors
How it works
- You place your order and then receive our configuration form.
- You enter your exact bike and setup: model, year, exhaust system, intake and other modifications.
- We program the Stage 1 calibration. This can be done by mailing in the ECU, directly at our workshop or by remote programming.
Processing time: usually under 72 hours (business days) from the arrival of your package, plus shipping.

Good to know
- For pure race track bikes we recommend tuning directly at our dyno.
- For racing use only. This ECU calibration voids the vehicle's road approval (operating license).
