SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated.

Certain products may be restricted due to:

  • export control regulations

  • customs restrictions

  • carrier limitations

  • hazardous material regulations

The Customer is responsible for verifying import eligibility in their country.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed after receipt of full payment.

Estimated processing times:

  • Stock items: typically 2–7 business days

  • Custom Products / built-to-order components: as individually communicated

  • Engine builds / performance assemblies: project-specific timeline

Processing times are estimates only and non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery time consists of:

  • Processing time

  • Carrier transit time

Transit times depend on:

  • destination country

  • carrier

  • customs procedures

Seller is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs authorities

  • transport providers

  • regulatory inspections

  • force majeure

  • supply chain disruptions


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

Additional costs such as:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • brokerage fees

  • storage fees

are borne exclusively by the Customer.


5. Risk of Loss and Damage

5.1 Business Customers

Risk transfers upon:

  • handover to carrier, or

  • collection at Seller’s premises (EXW Natternbach, Austria).

5.2 Consumers (EU)

Risk transfers upon delivery to the Consumer, unless the Consumer independently appoints a carrier not proposed by Seller.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

The Customer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

Visible transport damage must be:

  • documented with the carrier

  • reported in writing within 48 hours

Failure to properly document transport damage may result in loss of claims against the carrier.


7. Partial Deliveries

Seller is entitled to make partial deliveries if:

  • reasonable for the Customer

  • technically necessary

  • caused by supply chain conditions

Each partial delivery may be invoiced separately.


8. Custom Products and Production-Linked Shipping

For Custom Products:

  • Delivery time begins only after final technical specifications are confirmed.

  • Changes requested after production start may extend delivery time.

  • Delays due to customer-side specification changes are not attributable to Seller.


9. Refusal of Acceptance / Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address provided by Customer

  • failure to collect shipment

  • refusal of acceptance

  • failure to pay import duties

Seller may:

  • charge storage fees

  • charge return shipping

  • withhold re-shipment until additional costs are paid

In case of unjustified refusal, Seller may claim damages.


10. Export and Customs Compliance

The Customer is solely responsible for:

  • import legality

  • local regulatory compliance

  • required technical approvals

  • payment of customs duties and taxes

Seller assumes no liability for:

  • customs seizure

  • regulatory non-compliance

  • denied import clearance


11. Hazardous Materials

Products classified as hazardous materials may:

  • require special transport

  • incur additional charges

  • be subject to regional restrictions

Shipping availability may vary accordingly.


12. Force Majeure

Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • natural disasters

  • governmental measures

  • armed conflicts

  • strikes

  • global supply shortages

  • transport disruption

Delivery deadlines extend accordingly.


13. Digital Products

For software, ECU files, or digital calibrations:

Delivery is deemed completed upon electronic transmission.

Risk transfers upon successful dispatch to the Customer’s provided email address or download access.
